As educators, one of the most common calls to action we hear is “schools must change” and that “we can’t continue to deliver education using the same old model”. But change and innovation in schools, as we all know, is not an easy process! If it were then everyone would have already changed.

This unique conference brings together schools from around the world that have already implemented substantial systemic change to one or more area of the traditional educational  model.

These schools will share their innovation stories with you, including the challenges, mistakes, surprises, and rewards they have encountered and experienced along the way.

Keynote Speaker: Dr. Susie Wise from d.school @ Stanford University

Dr. Susie Wise, the K12 Lab Director from d.school at Stanford University, will deliver the opening keynote as well leading a one-day pre-conference event. Susie is a creative force at d.school and is driven by the simple belief that humans are designers by nature. Her practice centers on inspiring teams to use empathy to achieve innovative outcomes in the real world.
